It is perfect for busy Londoners- and is filling enough to have alone for breakfast. The matcha powder can be replaced with Spirulina powder. Another tip is to add a table spoon of Udo&#8217;s oil to get the daily fix of Omega 3 and 6, or add some probiotics by pulling the capsules apart and tip out the content into the blender!
