Carrots<br \/>\n3 stalks of celery<br \/>\n1 handful of parsley<br \/>\n1 handful of\u00a0spinach<\/p>\n<h6>Method<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure all ingredients are washed thoroughly before placing in juicer.<\/li>\n<li>Mix juice well and serve immediately with a stick of celery as a garnish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>WE SAY:<\/strong>\u00a0You&#8217;re covering lots of bases with this juice.\u00a0Parsley is practically a superfood with its rich source of vitamin K and vitamin C and anti-oxidant nutrients, celery is a great anti-inflammatory, spinach is a good source of dietary potassium and protein and carrots amongst many benefits, can lower the risk of heart disease.<\/p>\n<p><a strawberries<br \/>\n8 raspberries<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of natural yoghurt<\/p>\n<h6>Method<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash the fruits thoroughly then place in the juicer and juice.<\/li>\n<li>Stir the juice well before adding a spoonful at a time of the yoghurt whilst stirring continuously.<\/li>\n<li>Serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>WE SAY:\u00a0<\/strong>This Berry Mix will taste delicious but celery<br \/>\n1\/2 cucumber<br \/>\n1 inch of ginger<br \/>\n1 handful of parsley<br \/>\n1 round of pineapple, 2 inches thick<\/p>\n<h6>Method<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Juice the ingredients, one by one.<\/li>\n<li>Stir well then drink immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>WE SAY:<\/strong> This is packed full of great ingredients and the high veg content means that the sugar levels will be lower than an all fruit juice. Ginger also helps the body absorb certain nutrients.
