No longer will you be throwing away this nutritious little seed! It&#8217;s a proper powerhouse of antioxidants and fibre which is great for your gut health. That&#8217;s right, you can totally<a href=\"https:\/\/healthylivinglondon.com\/nutrition-and-food-for-healthy-living-in-london\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-avocado-seeds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> eat avocado seeds<\/a>! There&#8217;s many ways you can use avocado pips in your food but probably the easiest is to blend it into a smoothie. This healthy smoothie recipe is rich in nutrients and the mango and lime offset the bitter avocado seed.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 Avocado seed<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1\/2 Avocado <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 cups nut milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1\/2 frozen mango<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3 balls of frozen spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 lime, rind cut off<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
