In that case you&#8217;ll love our healthy tomato pancakes &#8211; fresh-tasting and easy to make, these will serve you well for breakfast, as well as making a delicious light dinner. Best of all, they don&#8217;t require too many ingredients or time, so they&#8217;re perfect for the busy Londoner.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Tomato Pancakes Recipe<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>100ml milk of choice (almond, rice or kara coconut milk work well)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Doves gluten free self-raising flour (brown rice flour also works well)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>I tomato sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Whisk all the ingredients together<\/li>\n<li>Heat up 1x tsp coconut oil in a pan<\/li>\n<li>Lay sliced tomato in the pan and cook lightly on each side<\/li>\n<li>Ladle the batter into the pan (1x ladle per pancake)<\/li>\n<li>Wait for bubbles to appear on top before flipping over<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Want some more pancake inspiration?
