We recommend that you use a mandolin to slice the fennel but a sharp knife works just as well. If you want you can even grate it.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Shaved Fennel &amp; Clementine Salad Recipe<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">1 fennel bulb shaved on a mandoline (watch your fingers!) or very finely sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">3 clementines, pith removed, segmented <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">2 clementines juiced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">4tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">1tsp maldon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">1\/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mix the clementine segments with the fennel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Blitz the remaining ingredients until emulsified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dress the salad and leave to infuse in the fridge for at least 2 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>What did you eat this refreshing side salad with?
