My healthy basil and chilli soup is sure to leave you fresh yet warmly comforted.<\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2451\" src=\"https:\/\/healthylivinglondon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Healthy_NikiBakes_Soup-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"healthy basil and chill soup recipe\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" \/><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><strong>The best part? It&#8217;s super speedy to make and who doesn&#8217;t like that? As Londoners we can all appreciate the value of time and I hope you try this soup for yourself to see how delicious and satisfying it can be.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"p1\">Ingredients<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">A handful of fresh basil<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 onion, roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 garlic cloves, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 teaspoon of chilli flakes\/powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Full seasoning*<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 leeks, washed and roughy chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 sweet potato, washed, peeled and roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil\/ olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 cup of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p1\">Method<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Simply heat your oil in a deep\u00a0pan over medium high and soften all of your vegetables.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Season throughly and cover for a further ten minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Finally, add your water and once it comes to a boil, add your basil last and blitz your soup to the desired consistency. I like mine smooth as the basil has a much sharper and cleaner taste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">My fellow healthy and happy eaters, enjoy this soup and I hope my first post for this excellent site finds you in good spirits?
